Over the years, I have hired for various roles in the software industry starting from mid-level to executive-level positions. However, my work isn't limited here. I have also worked on some product and non-tech roles.

Some roles that I have worked on include CTO, VP Engineering, Engineering Managers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Mobile Engineers, Cloud Consultants, Site Reliability Engineers, Product Managers, CRM Managers, IT Support, etc.

I have been actively involved in creating recruitment strategies and various recruitment projects.

Xebia - Cloud Computing

I started to work with Xebia in early 2023 as a Sr. Recruiter - Cloud. This was also the time when two companies merged to form the Cloud unit of Xebia. I am responsible for Recruitment and Employer Branding.

Dott - Sustainable Mobility

I managed the recruitment for the Software Engineering team at Dott. I was the point of contact for changes in recruitment based on changes in the software engineering team. I worked closely with the engineering managers and the CTO to hire the best talent. I worked on multiple recruitment projects including diversity in tech.

Working with Recruitment Agencies

I have spent a good chunk of my career working as a tech recruiter with recruitment agencies in India and the Netherlands. I hired for software engineering, product, data, and hardware roles for all seniority levels including backend engineers, CTOs, mobile engineers, etc.
